Every year in October, as the seasons change, I write and release one chapter or section of the story here on my blog. I began in 2012, and last updated it in 2017 with the new chapter, Part VI . Please read, and enjoy freely, but be advised, this is a horror story, and it is not family friendly. My vampires have teeth.

You may or may not have been following this story, but here we are at the end, and the time to start or start again, is now. This is due to be the end of the story, if all goes well (it won't).  La Saveur de la Vie , or The Flavour of Life , is a tale I've been spinning since 2012, every chapter written in October, and with difficulty, put down before Halloween. I allowed myself only to write one chapter a year, never more or less. It has been an exercise in patience and self exploration. Part XI  of Samuel Blondahl's  La Saveur de la vie. is now LIVE Dans le Vif du Sujet 2022 Halloween special. What a journey this has been. Since 2012, I have been writing a novel one chapter a year, exclusively in October. I now have a 41,000 word feature length book going into the late game. Chapter XI brings us to the edge of the story's climax, with more sex and gore than ever.
