Dans le Vif du Sujet

Part XI  of Samuel Blondahl's  La Saveur de la vie. is now LIVE Dans le Vif du Sujet 2022 Halloween special. What a journey this has been. Since 2012, I have been writing a novel one chapter a year, exclusively in October. I now have a 41,000 word feature length book going into the late game. Chapter XI brings us to the edge of the story's climax, with more sex and gore than ever. This work is unlike anything else I have written or am writing, it is pure, unchained monstrousness, and I love it. I hope you will too. Happy Halloween.  click HERE to read

I'm still not making the kind of bank I need to. I mostly blame you. You clearly aren't buying enough books, I shouldn't need to do this, I should be selling a hundred copies a month. It's patently ridiculous that I should have to stoop to sales. Yech. But here we are. Click the links below, or the cover art to BUY  MY BOOKS and please review them on Amazon and Goodreads, reviews from users like you matter more than you know, and I would love to hear what you think. Happy New Year! My latest book, an anthology of science fiction and adventure stories is available  HERE And the Anahita Chronicles are, as ever, available  HERE  (Book I), HERE  (Book II), and HERE  (Book III) respectively.

If you don't know what I'm talking about, ever year around Halloween, I put up a new chapter of my serial   La Saveur de la Vie ( or: The Flavour of Life), a sensual vampire blood-bath ripe for the season. Some chapters  are shorter, some are longer, they all end precisely where they must. The story revolves around an angry young Vampire with unusual power named Annette, her sexy French sire Sebastian, and the villainous vampire neurosurgeon Dr. Matwau,  who wants her mutated brain for study and dissection. To add a splash of utter monstrousness, an ancient Roman vampire goddess named Zosimus has heard the urgent call of Annette's blood and woken from her tomb to roam the earth once again.  Sound good? It is. This is a good book, but admittedly a strange book, I've done surface edits over...
